Within the scope of “International Conference on Modern Tendencies of Private International Law” organised by our Faculty in collaboration with Tashkent State University of Law; presenters and their topics were as follows: Attorney-Mediator Dr. Jamsheed Peeroo “Arbitration Agreements”; Dr. Otabek Narziev “Recognition and Enforecement of International Arbitration Awards”; Dr. Ammar Younas “Meaningful Human Control over AI Systems: Central-Asian Centered Legal Perspective”; Sherzod Khojimurotov “Training Compensation and Solidarity Mechanism in Football”; Yulduz Akhtamova “Reconciling Investment Protection with Public Policy Objection”; Attorney Naeem Allah Rakka “Legal Regulation of Digital Economy in EU and Implementation of EU Experience in Uzbekistan”. Then, the Q&A session took place and the program ended.
